An HR professional responsible for recruitment, selection, onboarding, offboarding, training support, HR metrics management, and internal communication—ensuring compliance and team support.

Carry out recruitment and selection activities, new employee onboarding, and support new hire admissions; monitor probationary period evaluations; conduct exit interviews; organize and prepare materials for the company's HR department meetings, as well as provide logistical support and schedule facilitators, support training and coaching activities; manage HR metrics, assist with internal communication, maintain labor and tax compliance documentation for service providers; assist with procurement of uniforms, promotional items, and other supplies; prepare management reports and provide technical HR support to company employees.
* Execute recruitment and selection process activities—including managing job requisitions, defining requirements, aligning candidate profiles, posting vacancies, and conducting initial interviews to identify candidates matching the requested profile for company positions, in accordance with the company’s Recruitment & Selection (R&S) policy.
* Conduct final candidate selection—scheduling, preparing for, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers; assisting in candidate evaluation and selection; ensuring timely feedback to all candidates to finalize the process and hire professionals suited to the company’s operational needs.
* Support new employee admission activities—entering data and documents into the system per the admission checklist, forwarding candidates to the Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) department for pre-employment medical exams, and tracking exam results to ensure hiring compliance per onboarding guidelines.
* Manage the full admission onboarding process—scheduling and organizing new employee integration, coordinating with HR and OHS departments, preparing materials, delivering orientation sessions, and introducing new hires to their respective departments to ensure proper integration and familiarity with company policies, internal regulations, Code of Ethics and Conduct, culture, and values.
* Submit probationary contract expiration dates to relevant departments for scheduled performance evaluations and return results to HR; map evaluation metrics (planned vs. actual) for display on the HR dashboard.
* Conduct employee exit interviews using a standardized script to assess and monitor company HR policies and practices; consolidate related metrics.
* Organize and prepare materials for HR department meetings (e.g., Ser Reunidas Committee, Gente e Gestão Momento, Culture Guardians, Workshops), manage agendas, arrange coffee breaks and promotional items, prepare visual aids if required, draft minutes and other documentation per checklist to ensure smooth committee operations.
* Monitor execution of Learning Needs Tracking (LNT) across departments and training schedules; provide logistical support for training and coaching activities—including scheduling, arranging instructor accommodation and meals, preparing venues, and other tasks to ensure successful company training delivery.
* Record completed trainings in the CS system and track training metrics to ensure adherence to the Training & Development (T&D) policy.
* Enter personnel movement requests into the system for approval, per HR Coordinator instructions and personnel movement guidelines.
* Maintain and update training metrics for display on the HR dashboard.
* Manage labor and tax compliance documentation for service providers to ensure contracts remain aligned with company policy.
* Assist with procurement of uniforms, promotional items, and other employee supplies—conducting need assessments and registering purchase orders in the system to meet departmental procurement requirements.
* Prepare management reports by compiling and analyzing data and information from HR activities to support HR management decision-making.
* Provide technical HR support to company employees—responding to inquiries via phone or in person to clarify doubts and disseminate information about HR processes.
* Block calendars and issue invitations for HR-related events.
* Perform other HR department duties as directed by the manager.
