Coordination of technological infrastructure Perform technical coordination of the teaching technological infrastructure, planning, monitoring, overseeing implementation, evaluating actions, and leading teams toward developing and implementing educational practices that promote improvement in teaching and learning, in accordance with the pedagogical guidelines and methodologies established by SENAI – DR GO's Pedagogical Proposal. **Availability to work in Rio Verde - GO.** ------------------------------------------------------------ **Responsibilities and Duties*** Promote course differentiators relative to competitors, leveraging opportunities that favor their visibility; * Supervise and maintain physical facilities, laboratories, and equipment used in courses in optimal working condition; * Schedule Initial and Continuing Education (FIC) course offerings according to the unit’s technological infrastructure and Professional Training pathways; * Collaborate in planning the physical layout of laboratories and workshops; * Participate in activities related to the collective development of the pedagogical proposal; * Stay updated on technological innovations, aiming to acquire new knowledge and information that enhance professional performance; * Recommend the acquisition of books, periodical subscriptions, and special materials according to taught content and course-specific requirements; * Ensure quality of intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships across all school environments; * Manage quality indicators related to your area of responsibility; * Support processes under other supervisors’ responsibilities, contributing to integrated work; * Support quality management initiatives, aiming for continuous process improvement and effective execution of area activities; * Seek partnerships with companies and public entities to develop projects aimed at improving outcomes; * Prepare reports and opinions related to matters under your responsibility; * Collaborate with the Unit’s Management to ensure effective school administration; * Supervise the receipt and storage of materials and assets used in activity execution; * Engage with industry to obtain information about services provided and identify opportunities for expanding new services; * Interact with the market to understand and stimulate service demand; * Develop and substantiate proposals for selling and delivering services; * Coordinate and monitor service delivery by the unit, ensuring compliance with client requirements; * Be responsible for supervised and unsupervised internships, monitoring their implementation; * Evaluate results based on performance indicators defined for your area; * Engage with industry to gather information for improving professional training; * Assess, forecast, and request resources necessary for didactic-pedagogical activities; * Participate in decision-making processes regarding activities within your area; * Promote internal and external communication; * Interact with agencies and entities related to your field of activity; * Produce analytical reports and other documents, meeting demands from the Unit’s Management and Regional Office; * Perform other duties of a similar nature required for the Unit’s operations; * Carry out other compatible and function-related activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Job Requirements** **(All requirements must be described in the resume)** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Driver’s license category "B"; * Availability to travel and work on weekends; * Availability to work in **Rio Verde - GO**. **Desirable Specific Knowledge** * PLCs, industrial networks (e.g., Profibus) or similar, frequency inverters; * Teaching planning and academic performance evaluation; * Laboratory and workshop projects and maintenance plans; * Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance techniques; * Industrial teaching project management; * Education legislation; * People management; * Industrial experience; * Customer service techniques; * Basic computer skills (Office suite). **[Desirable] Knowledge and/or Experience** * Experience in process management is desirable; * Experience in developing projects and initiatives within the field of activity, including industrial experience and/or commercial relations and people management. **Additional Information** **Selection Process ID Number:** * **10333565/2025 SENAI RIO VERDE** **Selection Process Stages:** * Stage – Resume Analysis * Stage – HR Assessment * Stage – Manager Assessment * GERHC may include or omit selection stages at its discretion. **Employment Information:** **Work Location:** **R. When established, it operated under the Regional Delegation of São Paulo and offered only trades such as fitting, mechanical turning, blacksmithing, electricity, and carpentry. The state’s economic context at the time involved only several hundred small, and even fewer medium-sized, industries. Today, SENAI offers professional training through diverse courses delivered in modalities including industrial apprenticeship, technical qualification, technological undergraduate programs, postgraduate studies, initiation, qualification, and professional enhancement, in addition to providing technical and technological advisory services across multiple fields.
