Opportunity for dynamic and proactive professionals **Job Description:** ---------------------- Sort, weigh, and record on a spreadsheet all food items withdrawn from inventory and requested by kitchen aides and cooks. Assist cooks in food pre-preparation, performing sanitation procedures for fruits, vegetables, and legumes using sodium hypochlorite, peeling, chopping, breading other foods. Prepare coffee and tea and fill thermal carafes, distributing them to other departments. Prepare vegetables and side dishes through culinary procedures such as cutting, grating, and peeling, aiming to expedite meal preparation; assist cooks in preparing salads.
