Job Summary: A professional to provide on-site microcomputing and telecommunications support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and managing service tickets. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and configuration of devices and systems **\*Field Support Technician**\* Employment Type: CLT; Work Model: On-site \- Indefinite Duration; Location: Rio Verde \- GO area * Monday to Friday \| Business Hours. **\*Responsibilities:**\* * Provide on-site microcomputing and telecommunications support; * Collect parts from the distribution center (DC) and replace equipment as needed; * Diagnose and resolve technical issues directly at customer sites; * Serve multiple customers per day, with willingness to travel between different regions; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment; * Install and configure devices, systems, and equipment according to demand; * Manage service tickets and appointment scheduling, ensuring adherence to deadlines and established procedures. **\*Requirements and Qualifications:**\* * Experience with hardware; * Experience in maintenance and repair of electronic devices; * Basic knowledge of networks, routers, switches, APs, and telecommunications; * Willingness to undertake long-distance travel (over 300 km); * Willingness to undertake last-minute travel, with a minimum stay of one week away; * Own vehicle and valid driver's license (CNH); * Necessary tools for performing tasks, including laptop, external hard drive and/or USB drives of 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB (devices of 64GB and 128GB are mandatory), console cable, cable tester, cable locator, crimping tool, toolkit (flat-head and Phillips screwdrivers), and smartphone with internet access and Android operating system; * Basic repair and maintenance tools, such as flat-head and Phillips screwdrivers. **Additional Information:** This is an indefinite-term CLT position. Start date to be agreed upon, working hours: 09:00 to 18:00, with a 1-hour lunch break. Minimum Education: Technical Course Driver's License Category: B Own Vehicle Willingness to Travel
