Flora Agronegócio stands out in the production and improvement of grains and seeds, livestock farming, and electricity generation in Goiás and Mato Grosso. With over three decades of history, this family-owned company employs approximately 250 people across four strategic regions in Brazil: Rio Verde (GO), Barra do Garças (MT), Lucas do Rio Verde (MT), and São Paulo (SP).
We are seeking a **Purchasing Coordinator** for our unit in **Rio Verde \| GO.**
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and develop the purchasing team, promoting training, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement;
* Supervise and approve quotation and procurement processes for materials, services, and contracts related to agricultural and industrial operations;
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, procurement compliance, and governance;
* Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with strategic suppliers;
* Develop and qualify suppliers, ensuring quality, competitiveness, and supply continuity;
* Gradually support strategic negotiations for agricultural inputs;
* Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare management reports and performance analyses such as: savings, procurement lead time, order accuracy, SLA adherence to requesting departments, volume by category, price evolution, supplier service levels, etc.
* Lead process improvement and automation initiatives via SAP;
* Collaborate closely with operational areas, maintenance, warehouse, and agricultural planning teams to anticipate demand and prevent stockouts.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Agronomy, Agribusiness Management, or related fields;
* Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Agribusiness;
* Solid experience in corporate procurement and team leadership;
* Experience in agribusiness, mining, energy, or similar operations;
* Knowledge of MRO materials, services, and contract procurement;
* Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with KPIs and data analysis;
* SAP knowledge is considered a strong advantage;
* Experience in supplier management, compliance, and procurement processes.
