Flora Agronegócio stands out in grain and seed production and improvement, livestock farming, and electricity generation in Goiás and Mato Grosso. With over three decades of history, this family-owned company employs approximately 250 people across four strategic regions in Brazil: Rio Verde (GO), Barra do Garças (MT), Lucas do Rio Verde (MT), and São Paulo (SP).
We are seeking a **Maintenance Coordinator** for our unit in **Lucas do Rio Verde \| MT.**
**Responsibilities:**
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for the agricultural fleet (tractors, harvesters, sprayers, planters, and implements)
* Ensure machine availability and operational reliability during critical periods (planting, spraying, and harvesting)
* Manage the agricultural fleet, tracking operating hours, maintenance history, parts consumption, and costs
* Lead and guide the maintenance team (mechanics, lubricators, and third-party contractors), promoting operational discipline and technical standards
* Develop and monitor maintenance schedules aligned with agricultural planning
* Control inventory of parts, lubricants, and supplies to prevent shortages or excesses
* Collaborate with suppliers, unit coordinators, and operators to oversee technical diagnostics, warranties, and campaigns
* Record service orders, failures, downtime, and costs in the management system (SAP or similar)
* Ensure compliance with occupational safety, environmental, and good agricultural practice regulations
* Support agricultural management with performance indicators (mechanical availability, MTBF, MTTR, cost per hectare, etc.)
* Participate in fleet renewal planning and technical feasibility analysis of new equipment
**Technical Requirements:**
* Technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanics, Agricultural Mechanics, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
* Proven experience in maintaining agricultural machinery, preferably CASE and New Holland brands
* Solid knowledge of: Diesel engines; Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems; Transmissions, auto-steer systems, and onboard systems
* Experience managing agricultural maintenance on medium-to-large-scale farms
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and electronic diagnostics
* Preferred: Experience with SAP (PM/MM) or other maintenance management systems
* Proficiency in cost control, maintenance planning, and technical indicators
* Willingness to reside on the farm or in the region
* Driver's license category B (or higher)
