Monitoring of logistics operations and trip tracking RIO VERDE Brazil Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, and Supply Chain **Job Description \- External Recruitment** **Main Responsibilities** * Support truck hiring and distribution to loading points according to the logistics schedule; * Contact carriers, fleets, and drivers to align operations; * Assist drivers by guiding them through processes and directing them to loading points; * Register and update routes in systems, open batches, issue loading orders and manifests; * Monitor loading schedules and trips to ensure proper operational flow; * Monitor unloading queues, terminal quotas, and freight market movements, reporting potential risks and deviations; * Update operational controls, reports, and indicators; * Provide support to Commercial, Billing, Tax, GBS, and Administrative departments by supplying information on loadings, deliveries, freight charges, and documentation. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in logistics; * Knowledge of geography and routing; * Willingness to travel; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **\#IncludingYou** Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are pillars of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering exceptional performance.
