Manage teams for high performance Coordinate crop season procedures by collaborating with the Agricultural Manager on seasonal planning, organizing material and structural resources, adjusting agricultural machinery and implements, supervising soil preparation, planting, spraying, and harvesting operations, as well as ensuring all infrastructure required for operations—aiming for crop quality and productivity. * Participate in seasonal planning by analyzing operational data from the previous season, field yield characteristics, soil preparation types for specific fields, and other critical information to be considered during planning—guiding actions throughout the season. * Coordinate soil preparation activities by guiding calibration of agricultural implements, monitoring progress, advising on new adjustments according to soil conditions, and overseeing liming (limestone application) to ensure a successful crop season. * Coordinate planting operations by guiding planter settings (depth, seed distribution, planting speed), organizing operational support—including seed, fertilizer, and inoculant supply—and analyzing optimal planting direction for each field to achieve best performance, while monitoring operations to ensure highest operational quality. * Coordinate top-dressing fertilization by guiding equipment calibration, organizing operational support, evaluating weather conditions, and determining start, pause, or continuation of the process—monitoring operations to ensure optimal quality. * Coordinate harvesting operations by monitoring harvester adjustments according to weather conditions—aiming for maximum productivity and operational efficiency. * Coordinate spraying operations by monitoring equipment adjustment and calibration, overseeing mixing of materials to be applied, evaluating weather conditions (ambient temperature, relative humidity, rainfall formation, wind speed and direction), and deciding whether to pause or continue work—assessing application effectiveness to ensure optimal operational quality. * Monitor performance within your area of responsibility by defining key performance indicators, tracking their evolution, and implementing corrective actions and measures in case of deviations—aiming to achieve planned results. * Participate in budget preparation for the area by collecting historical data, conducting information research, and performing other tasks as requested by your supervisor; also participate in managing the approved budget, ensuring compliance with the approved plan. * Manage personnel under your responsibility by ensuring adherence to disciplinary rules and Human Resources policies, providing guidance, explanations, and clarifications to the team, and acting on workforce adaptation and qualification to guarantee a high-performance team and an appropriate working environment for achieving planned results. * Ensure mandatory use of PPE and uniforms by your team, as established by company policy. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, environmental standards, and conduct rules, in accordance with internal policies and legislation.
