Management of hiring of in-house and subcontracted labor. Contract management. Construction site management. Planning monitoring. Verification of service execution. Monthly submission of revenue forecast and disbursement reports. Payroll closing and contractor measurement reports. Project drawing review. Previous experience as a Civil Engineer, Project Engineer, Construction Engineer, or Structural Engineer may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
