**We are looking for an experienced Planner to work in production planning and control, ensuring organization, adherence to deadlines, and integration between technical and production areas.** **Responsibilities and duties:** **Perform CNC programming, generate operation forms, and transfer files for execution.** **Control and reprogram missing items, monitor production progress, and define priorities.** **Receive projects and detail them for cutting on CNC machines.** **Design and detail parts in AutoCAD, organizing them by Production Order.** **Act as the liaison between production, customer engineering teams, and suppliers, clarifying technical questions and adjusting projects.** **Populate production reports and KPIs.** **Monitor cutting plans and detailing of specific parts.** **Support inspectors and assistants.** **Propose improvements to production and planning processes.** **Requirements and qualifications:** **Experience in this role.** **Advanced-level AutoCAD proficiency.** **Technical or higher education degree in Quality, Production, or related fields.** **Residence in Pedro Leopoldo – MG or nearby cities.** **Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.** **Fixed salary + benefits.** Job type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Briefly describe your experience as a Planner. * What is your experience level and expertise as an AutoCAD designer? * Describe your experience as a Planner. * Indicate your most recent salary.
