Description: * Support demand generation; * Execute all activities outlined in the work plan; * Maintain consistent field presence alongside producers and sales channel representatives; * Provide technical support; * Establish local area coverage; * Achieve sales share in key crops; * Execute sales and after-sales activities; * Monitor inventory levels at sales channels; * Implement the target plan established for assigned sales channels; * Suggest strategic visits in collaboration with the Technical Field Representative (CTV); * Gather market and competitor intelligence; * Create business opportunities and mitigate threats; * Identify technical and commercial bottlenecks in key crops.
