**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monitor daily Carga Pontual schedules to meet demand requirements within established time windows;
* Add cadences in Carga Pontual;
* Maintain organization of departmental files and documents;
* Participate daily in DDS and PDCO meetings;
* Open, maintain, and close Service Orders (S.O.) via the SARA system;
* Generate reports and email the spreadsheet tracking empty units pending return and pending unloading operations;
* Deliver the daily unloading list and schedule to supervisors;
* Report cargo damage incidents to the Customer Service Department, providing photographic evidence;
* Request stacking sequence instructions from the checker and inform the Customer Service Department;
* Verify and email container invoices processed through the TECON scanner to the Invoice Center;
* Monitor entries and exits of TPC-owned containers;
* Coordinate separation of DA and DI under the bonded warehouse regime together with checkers, and email status updates to Customs Control and Customer Service;
* Monitor bonded warehouse cargo shipments;
* Assist in controlling issued invoices, inventory stock balances, physical inventory counts, and potential pending items;
* Perform deconsolidation of DUIMP documents;
* Receive and report export receipt schedules to Operations;
* Enter and exit invoices in the SADIC and WMS TPC systems;
* Import XML files of invoices issued by operational systems into NF-e Place;
* Email issued invoices to the Customer Service, Transportation, and Dispatch departments;
* Generate orders to support AG loading activities;
* Extract reports from the Extranet to assist AG customers' inventory demands;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Six months of experience in logistics-related activities;
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
