Job Summary: A professional to perform various masonry and finishing tasks, working in a team and adhering to safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Plastering, roughcast, and screed application 2. Floor, tile, and cladding installation 3. Teamwork at construction sites * Read and interpret basic blueprints and drawings * Prepare and mix materials (mortar, concrete, plaster) * Lay bricks, blocks, and stones * Erect walls, fences, and partitions * Apply plaster, roughcast, and screed * Perform surface leveling and alignment * Install floors, tiles, and claddings * Pour concrete for slabs, beams, and columns * Carry out minor repairs and renovations * Install lintels, sill plates, and window sills * Collaborate with laborers and other construction professionals * Follow safety regulations and wear PPE * Maintain an organized construction site **Benefits** Lunch on-site; Breakfast allowance of BRL 5.00/day; Meal voucher of BRL 451.05/month (minimum 15 working days per month); Transportation: transportation allowance or shuttle service (subject to company evaluation).
