The Sales Consultant is responsible for prospecting and attending to customers, guiding the entire sales process for Bemol's products and services—from the first contact through after-sales. They implement commercial and relationship-building strategies aimed at achieving sales targets and customer retention.

**Responsibilities and Duties** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
On the Bemol team, you will delight customers by performing the activities described below:
* Attend to customers and provide excellent service, identifying their needs and offering suitable products and services;
* Demonstrate products and assist customers in selecting them;
* Maintain store organization, including product restocking and arrangement;
* Participate in training sessions and meetings for professional development;
* Monitor sales targets and contribute toward achieving store objectives;
* Manage the verification and recording of customer payments, operating necessary systems to complete this process, and assuming responsibility for received funds and documents;
* Conduct inspections of store premises to support organizational efforts;
* Assist with warehouse routines under supervision;
* Achieve sales, margin, and financial services targets, applying the company’s commercial policy daily;
* Gain in-depth knowledge of the market in which you operate and of the products sold;
* Delight and serve customers in a personalized, consultative manner (from initial approach, product demonstration, negotiation, payment, to product delivery);
* Organize and maintain sector cleanliness, including product and display cleaning;
* Manage customer service processes, create sector signage, and operate required systems;
* Contribute to other activities aimed at achieving the store’s overall goals.

**It is important that you have:**
* Completed High School education (desirable);
* Availability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays;
* Prior experience in sales is an advantage;
* Knowledge of Customer Service;
* Computer literacy;

Over time, Bemol consolidated itself as a modern, agile company and benchmark in nearly all sectors it serves: electronics, home appliances, furniture, self-service, pharmaceuticals, construction materials, food, among others.
Today, we operate over **37 physical stores**, 1 online store, and **6 distribution centers**, located in Manaus, Porto Velho, and Rio Branco. Committed to high-quality service, Bemol also operates **22 lottery outlets** within its stores and **5 Mercado Bemol units** in Manaus.
In 2016, Bemol expanded into healthcare with the launch of **Bemol Farma**, which now comprises **47 physical units** and 1 online store. To complement this initiative, we also operate a unit of **Clínica Bemol Saúde**.
