Job Summary: Operational professional responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting information systems, including customizations, project monitoring, and user assistance. RPA robot implementation **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT 1\. Participate in requirement analyses from all departments regarding the implementation or improvement of information systems. 2\. Develop less complex systems, including customer-specific customizations, as required by each project’s particularities (implementation or maintenance). 3\. Monitor and participate in system implementations, coordinating with the Operations team and ensuring scope and schedule adherence. 4\. Support validation testing of projects together with requesting departments. 5\. Assist users in resolving questions regarding system usage or requests for system improvements. 6\. Respond to user tickets to resolve queries, requests, incidents, system improvements, etc. 7\. Monitor and manage support for operational systems, as well as platform migrations. 8\. Contribute to the creation of system manuals and procedures. 9\. Stay updated on technological innovations (internal and external) and changes related to fiscal, legal, and managerial regulations. 10\. Develop and implement RPA robots **Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering. * Prior experience with RPA tools such as UiPath and Power Automate, and a portfolio of RPA development projects.
