Interested in developing intelligent automation solutions (Hyperautomation), applying cutting-edge technologies in your projects, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team? **\#JoinOurFiberTeam** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop new automation solutions and technologies * Prepare technical specifications for automations * Design the technical architecture for each automation (in collaboration with the Tech Lead) * Participate in implementation and change management processes * Maintain templates and processes for Design, Development, and Testing updated with industry best practices * Develop and test stable and scalable solutions * Share knowledge related to developed solutions with the team * Collaborate on necessary alignments for production deployment of new solutions * Conduct structured handover of developed solutions to the support team * Follow automation, information security, infrastructure, and IT department processes * Train automation users (in collaboration with Automation Analysts) **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid software development experience * Knowledge of RPA low-code platforms (Automation Anywhere, Power Platform) * Knowledge of OCR and IDP for intelligent document processing * Python scripting skills (with focus on automation) * Knowledge of APIs * Knowledge of BPA solutions (Pipefy) * Knowledge of GenAI * DevSecOps practices * Knowledge of software development infrastructure (microservices, VMs, application servers, etc.) **Work Modality:** Uberlândia and surrounding regions (On-site) \| Other locations (Remote).
