Job Summary: An automation development professional responsible for creating and optimizing technological solutions, working with RPA automation, OCR, and APIs, while ensuring solution integration and support. Key Highlights: 1. Development of Automation solutions and technologies 2. Experience in software development and Low-code RPA 3. Working in an innovative environment focused on technology and people * Develop new Automation solutions and technologies * Perform technical specification of automations * Design the technical solution for each automation (in collaboration with Tech Lead) * Participate in implementation and change management processes * Keep templates and processes for Design, Build, and Test updated with industry best practices * Develop and test stable and scalable solutions * Share knowledge related to developed solutions with the team * Work on necessary alignments for production deployment of new solutions * Conduct structured handover of developed solutions to the support team * Follow Automation, Information Security, Infrastructure, and IT department processes * Train automation users (in collaboration with Business Analyst) **Requirements and Qualifications** Undergraduate degree (in progress) Experience in software development Knowledge of Low-code RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere) Knowledge of OCR and IDP for intelligent document processing Knowledge of RPA automation using Python scripts Knowledge of APIs Knowledge of BPM solutions (Pipefy) GenAI knowledge is a plus DevSecOps practices Knowledge of software development infrastructure (microservices, VMs, application servers, etc.) ### **Being Always Together is what drives us!!!** We are Algar, a People-serving-People company part of the Algar Group, committed to best ESG practices.
