Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers **IT Technician** **Summary:** We are seeking an **IT Technician** to work in Technical Support and maintenance of the **Senior System**, ensuring the proper functioning of corporate systems and user support. **Responsibilities:** * User support for modules of the **Senior Sistemas ERP**; * Assistance with system parameterization and configuration; * Monitoring system updates and patches; * Assistance in generating reports and queries; * Coordination with vendors to log technical incidents; * On-site and remote incident handling (Level 1 and Level 2\); * Software and hardware installation and configuration; * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers; * Basic network support (internet, printers, shared resources). **Education:** * Completed technical course or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT or related fields **Technical Skills:** * User support experience (Windows, Microsoft Office, basic networking); * ERP experience, preferably with the Senior System; * Basic database knowledge (basic SQL is a plus). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Strong communication skills; * Organization and problem-solving focus.
