We commercialize two ERPs serving various market segments and are currently expanding our portfolio of solutions; therefore, we are seeking professionals skilled in other programming languages to diversify our offerings. **What is essential to apply?** Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology-related fields (Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related disciplines); Previous experience in QA/Test Analyst roles or similar positions involving software validation, functional testing, and integration testing—preferably for web systems and APIs. **Schedule**: To be determined; **Work mode**: Hybrid or on-site (to be determined). **What will be your challenges?** Ensuring delivery quality in environments with multiple system integrations; Identifying defects in complex usage scenarios and API communication; Evolving current manual testing processes toward more automated models; Supporting continuous improvement of the company’s product quality. **Which soft skills are we looking for?** Organization and discipline in test execution; Analytical and investigative mindset; Proactivity in identifying defects and improvements; Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; Ability to work autonomously; Collaboration with development and product teams; Ability to quickly learn new technologies; High level of attention and concentration; Ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies; Strong working memory for tracking business workflows and rules; Logical reasoning applied to system validation. **Which hard skills are essential for this opportunity?** Performing manual tests on web systems, websites, and applications; Validating functionalities, navigation flows, and system integrations; Testing and validating REST APIs using tools such as Postman or Insomnia; Documenting test scenarios, evidence, and results; Identifying, reproducing, and logging bugs clearly and objectively; Creating and tracking tickets with the development team; Interpreting technical documentation and system specifications; Supporting the creation and evolution of automated tests. **What would be a differentiator?** Experience in test automation; Experience in manual software testing (web and/or mobile); Ability to interpret technical documentation and specifications; Knowledge of REST APIs and related concepts (requests, responses, HTTP methods, etc.); Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or others; Basic knowledge of web technologies: JSON, HTTP, HTML, CSS, GIT, etc.; Experience in defect identification and reporting, test documentation, and functionality validation in web systems or integrations; Basic knowledge of GIT usage; Familiarity with AI tools applied to testing; Experience with ERP or corporate systems; Knowledge of system integrations; Basic database or SQL query knowledge; Experience with tools such as Jira or similar. **What do we offer?** Hiring model: Individual Contractor (PJ); Salary.
