




**Job Description** We are looking for a **Generalist Human Resources Analyst** to work strategically and operationally, supporting HR processes and contributing to employee development and company results. If you have generalist experience, an organized profile, strong communication skills, and enjoy working closely with internal departments, this opportunity may be right for you. **Responsibilities** * Manage **Recruitment and Selection** processes (profile alignment, screening, interviews, and follow-up); * Carry out **hiring**, documentation control, and onboarding of new employees; * Support **Payroll and Personnel Department** routines, such as time tracking, benefits, vacations, and terminations; * Participate in **training, development, and organizational climate** initiatives; * Provide support to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures; * Assist with internal communication and endomarketing activities; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in **Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration**, or related fields; * Prior experience as a **Generalist HR Analyst**; * Knowledge of HR and Payroll/Personnel Department routines; * Experience managing selection processes for various levels; * Knowledge of labor legislation will be considered a plus; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
