For employees, our commitment lies in personal and professional development, providing a broad career path across both retail and other businesses within the Dimed Group. **Responsibilities and Duties** Deliver differentiated customer service with empathy, promote the company's private label, and highlight its competitive advantages; participate in product receiving, stocking, and expiration date control at the store; assist in product storage and restocking according to established standards; maintain store and product organization in accordance with Panvel standards; provide administrative support in the store when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; Aged 14 to 24 (no age limit for persons with disabilities); Availability to work Monday through Friday, either morning or afternoon shift; No prior experience required, as we are a company that develops talent. **Additional Information** The theoretical portion of the training program is conducted at Senac or CIEE, while the practical component takes place at a Panvel branch; Transportation Allowance; Pharmacy Benefit (10% to 40% discount); Gympass discount; Possibility of permanent employment; Immediate start availability.
