PRODUCT MANAGER (PM SportsBook and Casino) We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our digital products. This role is strategic and will be responsible for connecting business needs with technological solutions, ensuring deliveries that generate real impact for our users and meaningful results for the company. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap and features focused on monetization and user experience across the entire journey. * Propose and implement UX improvements that increase session duration, engagement, and betting frequency. * Collaborate synergistically with Growth, CRM, Data, Risk & Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure consistency and performance of initiatives impacting monetization. * Identify friction points, drop-off moments, and technical/behavioral barriers throughout the player journey and propose functional solutions. * Serve as the liaison between business areas and the technology team, ensuring clarity and prioritization of requirements. * Establish partnerships with technology providers, gamification tools, and recommendation engines. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, dailies, retros) with the development team. * Collaborate with stakeholders to map problems, validate hypotheses, and evolve features based on real feedback. * Monitor product metrics and drive continuous improvement of solutions. * Prepare functional documentation, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for development squads. * Ensure developed features comply with current regulations and industry guidelines. * Support the creation of mid- and long-term roadmaps and visions for digital platforms. * Conduct ongoing competitive benchmarking of competitors, features, and global betting market trends, identifying gaps and applicable innovations for our operation. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Proven experience as a PM or in a similar role within digital environments. * Knowledge of the betting market or high-performance e-commerce is considered a differentiator. * Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical stories for teams. * Familiarity with agile practices and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, OKRs). * Skill in prioritizing requests based on impact, complexity, and customer value. * Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, Notion, etc. * Ability to read and analyze data using SQL and BI dashboards. * Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, and focus on cross-functional collaboration. * Data-driven mindset, systemic vision, and sense of urgency. ADDITIONAL ASSETS * Experience with SaaS products or scalable digital platforms. * Experience in product discovery and conducting user interviews. * Knowledge of UX, prototyping, and tools such as Figma or Miro. * Certifications such as CSPO, PMI-ACP, Product Discovery, or similar.
