Job Purpose: Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the assigned production line or machine, following IOS/Open\+ guidelines to deliver results aligned with the company’s strategy. Perform technical and maintenance interventions (process adjustments, calibrations, planned maintenance) to achieve and improve defined KPIs. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring compliance with plans and targets (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost). Execute technical interventions and maintenance (adjustments, calibrations, troubleshooting). Apply IOS/Open\+ systems and tools (BOS, QFlag, CL, CIL, IPS, UPS, WPA, PDM). Identify and eliminate losses through continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen activities. Ensure compliance with PMI standards related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Quality. Ensure cleanliness and organization of your work area and equipment. Collaborate with the Quality department to prevent incidents and maintain product integrity. Complete documentation and record data entries for traceability and intervention logging. Support cultural transformation as a member of an autonomous/self-sufficient team. Participate in DDS meetings to define corrective actions and improve KPIs. Promote standardization, reapplication, and sharing of best practices. Take ownership of the assigned equipment and contribute to the loss elimination strategy. Requirements: Education: Completed Technical and/or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanics, or related fields. Experience: Experience in IWS/Lean Manufacturing environments is a plus. Skills considered advantageous: Ability to autonomously operate multiple technologies. Knowledge of problem-solving and maintenance. Familiarity with continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, PDCA, 5S). Language: English proficiency is a plus.
