Managing your customer portfolio, delivering the best solution to the customer with sustainable production, thereby ensuring profitability for the company through targets and margins, while monitoring monthly performance indicators for product volumes sold. **Responsibilities and Duties** Visit and attend to customers, assessing customer profiles and identifying their needs; Provide technical consulting and sell agricultural inputs in the field, offering products and negotiating commercial terms; Monitor performance indicators, striving to achieve established targets; Manage customer portfolios and prospect new customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** Field experience in selling agricultural inputs is required; Agricultural education is required (e.g., Technical Degree in Agribusiness, Technical Degree in Agriculture, and/or Agronomy); MOPP certification (Operational Handling of Hazardous Products) is required; Technical knowledge and experience in customer service; **Additional Information** Sales commissions; Incentive bonuses; Unimed Health Plan; Dental plan; Education allowance; Life insurance.
