Develop educational activities in occupational health and safety Metalúrgica Mor \| Santa Cruz do Sul \- RS \| On-site Job Description * Perform auxiliary nursing tasks and first aid under medical supervision * Provide health assistance to employees * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and hygiene of materials * Conduct incident assessments and documentation * Enter data into the system reflecting daily health department routines * Issue medical certificates * Provide assistance and keep the PCMSO (Occupational Health Program) process updated in coordination with the occupational physician * Assist in the management of occupational health services * Conduct critical analysis of processes * Develop educational activities in occupational health and safety * Monitor the status of employees on leave and persons with disabilities (PCD) * Promote inclusion initiatives for persons with disabilities * Analyze frequency of medical certificates, days of absence, reasons, etc. * Generate reports for monitoring employee health conditions and pathologies * Support supervisors to manage occupational situations * Conduct triage for occupational medical examinations * Manage suppliers * Keep the health permit up to date Responsibilities and Duties .
