**Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:15 AM to 5:30 PM with a 1 hour and 15 minutes lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code **Job Mission:** Responsible for supporting the development of communication and marketing projects and proposals aimed at promoting systemic communication, by attending to internal and external audience communication demands, disseminating advertising and promotional campaigns, monitoring graphic production processes, and participating in the planning and execution of institutional events. **Activities:** * Support communication and marketing projects and processes; * Assist in creating and developing content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other communication channels; * Support organizing and controlling giveaways, promotional materials, and visual communication items; * Send communication materials and giveaways to Sicoob Credicarpa branches; * Assist in maintaining and preserving communication equipment such as cameras, drones, and lighting materials; * Monitor the cooperative's digital channels; * Assist in producing photos, videos, and communication materials; * Keep the cooperative's image and audiovisual materials database updated and organized; * Support organizing internal and external events; * Support implementing internal marketing actions and internal campaigns; * Support identifying commemorative dates and opportunities; * Maintain contact with suppliers and partners, ensuring quality and compliance with established deadlines; * Support updating and maintaining the cooperative's institutional website and digital platforms; * Assist in sending communication materials to media outlets contracted by the cooperative. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva; * Knowledge of video editing; * Strong writing skills; * Knowledge of social media and social media management tools; * Teamwork ability and good interpersonal communication; * Flexibility; * Valid driver's license category B. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications or additional courses in communication and marketing; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity and creativity. **Education:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. **Benefits:** Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Childcare allowance, Education assistance, Certification incentives (CPA 10, 20 and CEA), Profit sharing, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal allowance
