Quality assurance and customer satisfaction The company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in São Bento do Sul. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate, plan, and supervise logistics activities in commercial and distribution companies serving the construction industry. Lead the logistics team by assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Track logistics results and KPIs, driving process improvements. Manage warehousing, shipping, and distribution processes to ensure operational efficiency. Identify optimization opportunities and propose solutions for cost reduction and productivity enhancement. Ensure on-time delivery and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction. Maintain organized and accurate inventory control to prevent losses and discrepancies. Support team training and development to ensure continuous capability building. Adhere to occupational safety regulations and internal procedures to foster a safe and efficient work environment. Previous experience as Logistics Manager, Supply Chain Supervisor, Logistics Planning Analyst, or Transportation Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
