Here, new hires quickly understand: either you solve problems, or you become a bottleneck. **What We Expect From You** You will be responsible for a critical business function: **Sales (SDR and SS)** * Daily active prospecting of new high-end clients. * Prompt, courteous, and accurate handling of inbound leads. * Identification of qualified opportunities via social media and partner networks. * Initial client conversations via WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn. * Commercial pipeline organization without being prompted. * Consistent follow-ups.
