Seize opportunities along your journey and grow alongside us! **Team Play**: When we exchange ideas and solutions, there are no limits to where we can go! **Flexibility**: We adapt, have fun, and always find the best path—all within a flexible work schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your routine on the BP team as a Senior Project Analyst?*** * Lead high-complexity projects involving multiple areas and critical integrations; * Define strategic scope, aligning business, technology, and governance objectives; * Develop and manage robust work plans with systemic awareness of risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts; * Manage stakeholders at all levels, acting as facilitator and negotiator; * Ensure project execution with focus on timeline, quality, cost, and strategic alignment; * Conduct feasibility analyses and propose solutions for constraints and conflicts; * Drive the evolution of project management and governance practices; * Mentor junior and mid-level professionals, supporting the advancement of project management practices; * Prepare and deliver executive presentations and reports to leadership and the board. **Requirements and Qualifications** ***What do you need to join us?*** * Proven experience managing complex projects; * Proficiency in methodologies and practices such as PMBOK/PMI, Scrum, Kanban, WBS, risk management, and budgeting; * Experience defining roadmaps, OKRs/KPIs, RACI matrices, and governance rituals; * Hands-on experience with requirements management (user stories, DoR/DoD), version control, and change control; * Knowledge of system architecture, APIs, CI/CD, Git, QA, and testing; * Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, Power BI, and the Microsoft Office suite; * Experience managing vendors, RFP/RFQ processes, SLAs, and contracting models; * Familiarity with LGPD, Information Security, and frameworks such as COBIT and ITIL; * Experience with business case development, ROI analysis, EVM, and cost control; * Executive communication skills, including dashboard design, narrative structuring, and leadership-level presentations; * Technical English; * Autonomous profile with ownership mindset and ability to influence without authority; * Strong organizational skills, systemic vision, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ***What boosts your chances?*** * Postgraduate degree in related fields; * Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, PSPO, or ITIL; * Experience managing programs or project portfolios; * Knowledge of FinOps and DORA metrics; * Familiarity with GenAI, prompt engineering, and AI-driven automation. **Additional Information** ***Work Schedule:*** * CLT employment; * 8h48 daily; * Monday to Friday, from 08:12 AM to 6:00 PM. ***Work Model/Location:*** * Hybrid | Curitiba - PR ***Our Benefits:*** Meal Allowance: BRL 31.00/day Transportation Allowance Career Development Plan Multi-benefit Card Life Insurance SESC Membership University Partnerships Corporate University Birthday Day Off "Just dress no code" – be yourself! ***For Your Health:*** Dental Plan Gympass/Wellhub Psychological Support On-site Medical Doctor **\#JoinBP** Hi!
