Seize opportunities along your journey and grow alongside us! **Team Play**: When we exchange ideas and solutions, there’s no limit to where we can go! **Flexibility**: We adapt, have fun, and always find the best path—all within a flexible work schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your Routine on the BP Planning Team as Planning Coordinator?*** * Lead and develop the planning team (analysts and assistants); * Monitor performance indicators, focusing on funnel metrics and operational results; * Analyze data and propose strategies to improve performance and increase revenue; * Ensure execution of defined strategies (email campaigns, collection workflows, SMS, etc.); * Serve as the liaison between planning, operations, and clients; * Prepare and present managerial reports to executive leadership and external clients; * Conduct recurring meetings with clients and internal departments; * Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains; * Review deliverables and ensure team output quality; * Propose and adjust operational models according to business needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** ***What Do You Need to Join Us?*** * Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Economics, or related fields); * Solid experience in indicator analysis and planning functions; * Experience in call center/collection operations; * Experience managing teams; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency; * Proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and hands-on attitude; * Strong analytical ability and confidence to justify numbers and strategies; * Excellent communication skills and ability to lead meetings with internal departments and clients. ***What Increases Your Chances?*** * Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other BI tools. **Additional Information** ***Work Schedule:*** * CLT employment contract; * 8h18 daily work hours; * Monday–Friday: 08:50–18:08 / Saturday: 09:30–12:30 ***Work Model/Location:*** * On-site | Downtown Curitiba / PR ***Our Benefits:*** Fixed salary; Performance bonus; Meal allowance of $31.00 per working day; Transportation allowance; Career development plan; Multi-benefit card; Life insurance; SESC membership; University partnerships; Corporate university; A relaxing “*Day Off*” on your birthday; "Just dress no code"—be yourself! ***For Your Health:*** Dental plan; Gympass/Wellhub; Psychological support; On-site medical assistance available at our units when needed. **\#VemSerBP** Hi!
