Job Summary: The Maintenance Inspector ensures the quality and efficiency of maintenance activities by conducting inspections, identifying issues, and coordinating corrective actions to guarantee safe operations. Monitor internal and outsourced services The **Maintenance Inspector** will ensure the quality and efficiency of maintenance processes by performing regular inspections, identifying potential problems, and coordinating corrective actions to guarantee the safe and reliable operation of equipment and facilities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor, verify, and generate service orders for identified non-conformities; * Register maintenance responsible parties and register machine parts and components in SIGA; * Verify execution of corrective services for non-conformities and prepare responses for official control element verifications; * Request parts for preventive services to ensure correct assembly of kits, develop service scheduling for special periods, and monitor internal and outsourced services—including preventive, corrective, and construction-related activities; * Prepare descriptive memoranda for outsourcing service contracts, conduct input/material surveys, and manage the procurement process for services and parts/materials; * Organize corrective actions for performance indicator deviations using quality tools, and issue reports for tracking demands and maintenance fulfillment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education and a technical course in mechanics, automation, electrical engineering, or related fields. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** **Working Hours:** At Aurora Coop, you will receive the following **benefits**: * Health plan with no monthly fee for employees * Dental plan * Life insurance * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) * Length-of-Service Bonus (PTS) * Free transportation voucher * Partnership agreements * Education assistance * Daycare assistance for mothers * Meal allowance * On-site meals or meal voucher * Private pension plan Together, we have over **50,000 employees** across units from North to South Brazil, representing diverse cultures, ethnicities, and languages—but united by the same purpose.
