Sales management, customer registration, and agricultural product logistics **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Prepare, issue, and negotiate sales proposals directly at the store, as well as support the external sales team to maximize business opportunities; * Serve customers and clarify questions regarding products: application, storage, planting, etc.; * Promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum satisfaction; * Carry out activities related to negotiation and renegotiation, as well as propose appropriate solutions per customer/demand; * Negotiate with producers, providing technical support; * Support the development of demonstration areas, contributing to the planning and monitoring of grain crops, field days, and variety competition trials; * Sell products (pesticides, fertilizers, etc., according to your portfolio), following company-established standards: price, quantity, variety, type, etc.; * Perform registrations, update data, enter orders and purchases into the system, correctly generating information for invoices, distribution, logistics, invoices, etc.; * Support the logistical organization of delivery for sold products, as well as assist in loading, unloading, and organizing the warehouse and store; * Maintain contact with Head Office and other units, supporting internal processes involving products, sales, and distribution; * Receive products, verify invoices upon arrival or distribution, reporting any discrepancies in product, quantity, brand, etc., to the immediate supervisor; * Operate company vehicles as needed: Driver’s License Category B; * Demonstrate organizational skills, teamwork, and preliminary risk awareness for task execution; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the position.
