We currently have an opportunity for a **CONTROLLER ANALYST to work at CASTERTECH SCHROEDER/SC.** Join our team—apply now! **\#YouAtRandoncorp \#WeAreRandoncorp \#ComeToVerticalAutoParts** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare analyses of indicators, financial projections, and simulations/results to support management decision-making; * Conduct return-on-investment analysis and prepare analysis and monitoring of the matrix budget and investment plan; * Lead the systematization of the company’s strategic planning process; * Maintain the indicator dashboard and monitor action plans; * Analyze financial statements from an economic and financial perspective to track forecasted versus actual results and identify causes of potential variances; * Perform ROI analyses for investment projects to support management decision-making; * Develop financial/result projections and simulations, defining information collection methods based on planning, as well as monitoring actual results against forecasts; * Evaluate strategic projects to ensure the quality of actions and alignment with planned objectives; * Monitor the development of the matrix budget and investment plan, providing relevant information to departments involved in these processes to ensure quality and timely execution; * Review indicator methodologies and calculation methods, as well as the relevance of developed action plans, to verify indicator accuracy relative to defined objectives; * Analyze the strategic map from the perspective of trends versus results, highlighting objectives requiring performance review and cause-effect relationships. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Controller Studies, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Intermediate/Advanced computer skills / Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in Finance or Controller areas. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Regular Shift: From 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM\. #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
