General support to the kitchen team Sfiha restaurant seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Timbó (Centro). **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing sfihas, fillings, and ingredients. Cut, sort, and sanitize food items. Prepare doughs and assist in order assembly. Organize kitchen ingredients and utensils. Clean the kitchen, equipment, and countertops. Assist in food storage and inventory control. Sort orders for delivery or dining room service. Restock materials and ingredients during production. Follow hygiene and food safety standards. Provide general support to the kitchen team. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Support Staff, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the tasks in this position. High school diploma required.
