Perform system configurations and adjustments according to business rules. Create user profiles and manage system permissions. **Provide Pipefy support for the following modules:** Tax, Financial, Billing, Purchasing, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources and Accounting Keep users informed about the status of their service requests. Support users in using the modules by conducting training sessions and creating manuals and tutorials to optimize system usage. Interact with TOTVS on technical tickets, monitoring them until resolution. Document processes, configurations, and customizations performed. Maintain an updated knowledge base with solutions and new procedures. Propose improvements aimed at increasing operational efficiency and reducing rework. Carry out other duties related to the position as directed by leadership. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role Solid knowledge of TOTVS Protheus Middle Level in the following modules: Tax, Financial, Billing, Purchasing, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources and Accounting Proficiency in configurations and routines for tax, accounting, and labor closing. Experience in technical and functional support for the TOTVS Protheus system. Experience in user support and incident resolution. Knowledge of SQL databases (queries and scripts). Good communication skills, organization, and focus on results. Availability to work on-call shifts. Willingness to relocate cities as required by the company.
