As an organization, we are united by trust as an inclusive team and are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What Your Day Will Look Like** *Commercial Executive responsible for developing new business by engaging clients to deliver large-risk insurance solutions.* * Responsible for marketing insurance solutions with a focus on property and casualty lines. * Establish market connections to generate new business and facilitate negotiations with major enterprises in Joinville. * Deeply understand client needs, translate requirements to internal resources, and support the development of customized solutions meeting expectations. * Manage high-complexity projects from sales through to effective implementation. **What Makes This Opportunity Different** * You will engage with major clients in Santa Catarina, responsible for creating and managing a pipeline and opportunities in large-risk insurance. **Skills and Experience That Lead to Success** * Commercial experience with technical knowledge enabling consultative sales; * Knowledge of property and casualty insurance lines in general (e.g., surety, D&O, transportation, engineering); * Experience in: consulting firms, insurance brokers, and insurers; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); * Completed undergraduate degree; * Intermediate English is a plus **How We Support Our Colleagues** Beyond our comprehensive benefits package, we foster an inclusive workplace.
