




**Summary:** Responsible for assisting the baker in the production of bakery products, separating ingredients, handling utensils and production machinery, shaping, cutting, and baking food items, while complying with safety, quality, and hygiene standards for product manufacturing. **Main Activities/Responsibilities:** Separate raw materials for the production of bakery products. Follow recipes for bakery product manufacturing according to the bakers’ instructions. Feed raw materials into machinery, operate them, and monitor the production process. Shape doughs for the production of bread, crackers, cookies, savory snacks, etc. Bake doughs from bakery product manufacturing in appropriate ovens, using PPE and respecting the baking time for each product. Keep the workplace organized and hygienic on a daily basis in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices manual, and wash baking trays, machines, and utensils used in product manufacturing. Ensure safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of equipment such as mixers, ovens, and kitchen utensils. Maintain personal hygiene and wear appropriate uniforms, hairnets, and PPE for food product manufacturing in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices manual.
