Opportunities for professional growth in a welcoming environment **MagraSS** is looking for a reception intern with a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented attitude to join our team! **About the position:** You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for delivering a welcoming and delightful experience—from initial interaction through ongoing follow-up. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales of our programs and services. **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver exceptional in-person and WhatsApp customer service; * Greet customers, manage schedules, and coordinate appointment flow; * Present services and assist in sales conversion; * Conduct follow-up with customers and leads; * Support the team with administrative tasks at the unit; * Work with performance targets and KPIs. **Requirements:** * Completed high school (currently pursuing higher education) * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Commercial mindset and negotiation aptitude; * Organized, proactive, and agile; * Proficiency with technology and digital customer service (WhatsApp). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in sales or reception; * Background in aesthetics, health, or wellness sectors; * Ability to delight customers and build lasting relationships. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary + performance-based bonus; * Training and professional development; * A welcoming environment with opportunities for growth.
