The role combines technical and people leadership, with the balance between these dimensions varying according to the degree of automation and team size. However, the scope, requirements, and contribution of the position remain consistent regardless of plant complexity. This professional will facilitate the work of the teams under their responsibility by conducting or coordinating training, implementing pre\-defined policies and strategies, and promoting continuous improvement, with a focus on reducing losses and elevating performance standards. **What are we looking for?** * Completed Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Engineering, Exact Sciences, or related Business fields. * Ideal experience of 5 years in a Production environment. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in food production environments. * Practical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Availability to work any shift, as required. * Knowledge of Lean methodologies: Ishikawa, PDCA, TP, SMED, Kaizen, 5S. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * We seek an innovative individual with strong interpersonal skills who prioritizes the well\-being of our end consumers. **What would be your key responsibilities?** * Coordinate operational team efforts across one area, line, or multi\-line technology during a shift, ensuring efficient conversion of materials into quality products in a safe, protected, and sanitary manner, compliant with product design specifications. * Lead the engagement, development, and support of a team of up to 20 employees. Guide and direct hiring, training, retraining, development, and motivation of Operations employees, following self\-managed team principles, with minimal guidance from the Operations Manager. * Evaluate employee performance and jointly develop challenging plans that stimulate their potential. * Ensure compliance with all HSE (Hygiene, Safety, and Environment) standards and procedures, promoting a behavior\-based safety system within the team. * Ensure full compliance with the HACCP plan and verify product conformity to quality standards prior to release.
