Description: * Completed high school education; * Good interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability in assessing situations; * Stress resistance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical exertion, and walking throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, loading and unloading aircraft with luggage and cargo, signaling around the flight being serviced, inspecting and scanning the floor for dropped objects, and auditory perception for identifying audible signals from equipment and machinery on the apron. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational ability, data interpretation, and initiative in resolving causal situations. * Safeguard aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Inspect and safeguard baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client’s Manual or dnata’s MGO; * Sort baggage and cargo volumes into airport screening areas by reading identification labels (with or without technological assistance), aiming to load them onto storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for correct flights; * Stow baggage and cargo in aircraft holds following norms and procedures outlined in the MGO, including special handling recommendations (fragile, dangerous, live animals, perishable items); * Unload baggage and cargo by reading volume identification labels, placing them at designated locations (baggage reclaim carousels); * Sort baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate flight connections via reading volume identification labels; * Inspect and monitor packaging of cargo and baggage to verify suitability for transport, ensuring flight and handler safety; * Correctly handle and properly allocate baggage and cargo in aircraft holds, observing internal restraint and hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers, placing them at designated locations; * Guide non-motorized equipment during coupling procedures with aircraft to prevent fuselage collisions; * Service aircraft within the timeframes established for each service type and airport classification; * Perform checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and report equipment requiring repairs to the GSE Technical maintenance team; * Report any equipment irregularities occurring during operations to supervisors. 2511010202241568580
