The role serves as the liaison between the team, the unit, and the client, ensuring staff perform well and deliver excellent results. Key Responsibilities Monitor service execution, ensuring compliance with technical standards, quality standards, and contractual guidelines. Conduct on-site inspections, assessing working conditions and proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE). Manage schedules, routes, and workloads, adjusting operations as required by the unit. Monitor usage of materials, tools, and vehicles to prevent waste and deviations. Supervise field teams, ensuring adherence to assigned routes, targets, and productivity levels. Interested?
