**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group;
* Prepare reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested;
* Propose improvements to area routines and processes;
* Populate area performance indicators;
* Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested;
* Provide support to employees on matters related to the area;
* Analyze and propose improvements to operational routines, aiming to optimize departmental operations;
* Use individual and collective safety equipment when required;
* Perform other duties related to the position, as needed by the area and per leadership direction;
* Collaborate with sales and customer teams to understand project-specific requirements and translate them into feasible implementation plans;
* Develop detailed implementation plans, defining milestones, deadlines, and required resources, and coordinate internal project execution;
* Maintain effective communication with all involved internal teams—including development, technical support, and field teams—to ensure efficient collaboration;
* Allocate internal resources effectively, ensuring teams have the necessary resources to achieve project objectives;
* Monitor implementation progress, identify challenges, and implement adjustments as needed to meet deadlines;
* Implement quality assurance processes to ensure implementation meets established quality standards.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* **Level I:** Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Information Technology;
* **Level II and III:** Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Information Technology;
* Proven experience in project management, preferably in corporate environments;
* In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies;
* Advanced skills in spreadsheet and financial software;
* Ability to clearly communicate complex financial information.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Certifications in project management.
