




Job Summary: Provide technical support and resolve connectivity-related incidents, perform network troubleshooting, support users, and carry out basic network equipment installation and maintenance. Network equipment installation and maintenance, and user support **Job Description:** Respond to and resolve connectivity-related incidents (LAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, internet). Diagnose and resolve network issues (IP, DNS, cabling, printers). Perform basic installation and maintenance of network equipment (routers, switches, access points). Monitor network performance and provide user support. Log and document incidents and procedures. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Technical or Bachelor's program in Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and structured cabling.
