Job Summary: Manage departmental integration, optimize profitability, and conduct financial analyses for efficient corporate planning. Key Highlights: 1. Cost and expense optimization 2. Automation of controller routines 3. Profitability and economic feasibility analysis Ensure proper company operations and manage interdepartmental integration based on budget and business objectives. Accordingly, collect relevant data from each department (e.g., investment, profit, expenditures, etc.) to develop efficient planning. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and monitor the planning of profitability analysis activities for business units; * Conduct monthly closing processes; * Organize processes related to various studies and projections of economic feasibility results, using accounting principles and systems; * Analyze indicators, costs, expenses, revenues, etc., comparing actual versus budgeted figures; * Monitor actions aimed at reducing costs and expenses; * Calculate direct and indirect costs; * Prepare presentations, results books, and weekly reports for the Executive Board and Board of Directors; * Propose improvements for cost and expense optimization; * Simplify and automate the group’s controller routines; * Fully participate in all training programs offered by the company. Perform other duties inherent to the position. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields; * Specialization in related areas; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * ERP system knowledge; * Minimum 3 years of experience; * Power BI knowledge; * Balance sheet consolidation knowledge; * Specific Concession Standards (ICPC 01 and OCPC 05\); * Financial Statements; * IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards); * Basic tax knowledge; * Balance sheet analysis; * Market analysis; * Numerical aptitude; * Process management; * Reporting techniques and management tools; * Planning and control techniques; * Time management. **Additional Information** * AMIL 450S Health Insurance; * AMIL 450S Dental Insurance; * Meal Voucher; * Day Off; * Life Insurance.
