Team management and development **TAX SUPERVISOR** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: * Coordinate and verify activities related to the calculation and payment of municipal, state, and federal taxes. * Monitor ongoing changes in tax legislation and support management on matters relevant to this area. * Conduct tax studies. * Monitor ancillary obligations in LEAN. * Supervise the team of employees and communicate legislative updates, maintaining continuous professional development regarding changes in tax legislation. * Handle official notices from municipal, state, and federal tax authorities. * Be responsible for preparing and monitoring the tax schedule. * Monitor the accounting schedule. * Conduct training within the area. * Monitor and verify the CMV. * Check calls in LEAN related to CND. * Maintain additional services in GESCONT. * Monthly generation of collection data and checklist for protocol. * Conduct performance evaluations of analysts and employees. * Schedule vacations and manage working hour banks for teams. * Par **Requirements:** Requirements: * Degree in Accounting Sciences * Proactive * Communicative * Systemic vision **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM – With a 1:20 lunch break **Benefits:** Salary negotiable Benefits: Transportation Allowance (VT) + Meal or Food Allowance (VR or VA) + Health Insurance after probationary period + Fresh fruits twice per week *Apply through the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
