**Description** We are seeking a professional to work as an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for leading the team and ensuring excellence in the execution of electrical maintenance activities at our soybean processing unit. This professional will be responsible for planning, assigning, monitoring, and performing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, as well as promoting the team's technical development and contributing to continuous process improvement. **Responsibilities and duties** Lead and guide the electrical maintenance team, ensuring that tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. Plan and supervise **predictive, preventive, and corrective** maintenance on industrial electrical systems. Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules, aiming to **reduce unplanned downtimes** and increase equipment availability. Provide technical support to electricians and technicians in daily activities, promoting the team's operational technical development. Ensure **service quality**, **timely completion**, and **cost control** of maintenance activities. Identify improvement opportunities and implement **optimization actions**, **standardization**, and **technology adoption** in electrical maintenance processes. Guarantee compliance with safety regulations, especially NR\-10 and NR\-12\. **Requirements and qualifications** Technical degree in Electrotechnics, electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related areas is desirable. Experience in team leadership. Knowledge of medium-, low-, and high-voltage electrical systems, electrical controls, industrial automation, electrical diagram reading, and measurement instruments. Familiarity with safety standards and practices (NR\-10, NR\-12\). Analytical and proactive profile, results-oriented, with focus on team development.
