Description: Responsible for ensuring the physical and operational security of the port terminal through leadership of internal and third-party teams, access control, system monitoring, and compliance with legal requirements from regulatory agencies. Strategically involved in the implementation and updating of procedures, ensuring compliance with current regulations and smooth operation flow. Responsibilities and Duties * Leadership and management of teams and third parties * Control of entry and exit of people and goods at the terminal * Implementation of physical and port security procedures * Ship handling and coordination with regulatory authorities (Federal Police, Federal Revenue, ANTAQ, among others) * Updating and applying EAR (Risk Assessment Study) and PSP (Physical Security Plan) * Collaboration with CCCom, Surveillance, and Gate teams * CCTV monitoring * Use of systems: SCA, Siscomex Carga, ANTAQ, PORTOWEB Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields * Minimum of 6 months of experience in third-party management and team leadership * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team * Knowledge of systems: SCA, Siscomex Carga, ANTAQ, PORTOWEB * Class B driver's license 2511200202481878953
