Important **LAW FIRM** located in the Marechal Rondon neighborhood, **Canoas/RS**, is hiring a **Legal Controller Analyst**. **EMPLOYMENT REGIME:** CLT **WORK MODALITY:** Hybrid **WORK HOURS:** 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:15 to 18:00 **COMPENSATION:** R$2\.040,00 **BENEFITS:** Meal Voucher (R$ 50.00/day) \+ Food Allowance: R$200.00 (fixed monthly) \+ Transportation Voucher \+ Internet Allowance: 80% of internet bill, capped at R$ 150.00\. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Law (currently enrolled or completed) * Prior experience in legal controller roles will be considered a plus * Knowledge of legal systems, especially Datajuri * Organization, attention to detail, and strong deadline management skills * Good communication skills and proactivity **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in logging and controlling procedural deadlines, monitoring via internal systems and electronic courts (EPROC, PJe, Projudi, ESAJ). * Analyze judicial and administrative filings, ensuring accurate verification, registration, and updating of procedural status. * Register, update, and maintain judicial and administrative cases in the firm's systems (Datajuri). * Monitor official publications and procedural movements. * Support standardization and continuous improvement of controller's office procedures.
