Our purpose is to connect people and companies, offering solutions that promote digital transformation and foster a culture of continuous learning. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop scalable, reusable web interfaces with attention to performance and user experience; * Translate designs and prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD or similar) into functional, responsive code (mobile-first); * Work with componentization and state management in modern frameworks (React+Next.js); * Integrate frontend with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs; * Ensure code quality through automated testing (unit and integration tests); * Address bugs, implement technical improvements, and support continuous product evolution; * Participate in code reviews and technical discussions focused on quality, security, and best practices; * Maintain technical documentation for components, libraries, and implemented workflows; * Collaborate with the design team to enhance usability and adherence to brand guidelines. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid frontend development experience with React+Next.js; * Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid), and preprocessors such as SASS or LESS; * Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript; * Experience with state management (Redux, Vuex, Context API, Zustand or similar); * Experience consuming REST (or GraphQL) APIs and integrating with backend services; * Familiarity with version control tools using Git (Git Flow, GitHub, GitLab); * Familiarity with build and bundling tools (Webpack, Vite, esbuild); * Basic understanding of frontend security (XSS, CORS, client-side validation); * Experience with accessibility best practices (WCAG) and responsive design; * Availability for on-site work in Ijuí/RS. ### **Hiring and Benefits** * Meal or food allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation allowance; * Dental plan; * State-level Unimed health insurance; * Life insurance; * 14th and 15th-month salaries; * Annual profit-sharing program (PPR); * Discount partnership program with educational institutions.
