Install and configure operating systems, applications, and IT equipment as required. Perform preventive maintenance on IT equipment to ensure continuous operation and minimize failures. Contribute to information security by adhering to established security policies and procedures. Manage hardware and software inventory, ensuring accuracy and resource availability. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently enrolled in a technical program in Information Technology. Reside in Gravataí, Cachoeirinha, or nearby areas with easy access to the Santa Cruz neighborhood. User Support: Ability to provide effective and friendly technical support to end users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks. Installation and Configuration of Hardware and Software: Experience installing, configuring, and updating operating systems, software applications, hardware drivers, and peripherals. Networks and Connectivity: Basic knowledge of local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN), including IP address configuration, routers, switches, and connectivity troubleshooting. Information Security: Basic understanding of information security principles, including data protection, access management, and measures to prevent cyber threats.
